Fix all the loose part of electronic from tapes to restrict their motion. Large wooden fittings are also very difficult to handle in transportation. First you should dissemble them as much as possible. Also number each and every part so that anyone can easily arrange them without any confusion. You can also use packing blankets for furniture. It is made up of thick and strong fabrics and saves furniture from damages and scratches.

Group all your clothes in suitcases, so you will need not to iron them again at your new residence. Use original boxes for footwear. Also group these boxes in an appropriate size of carton. At the last collect all the belongings that you will need first at your new residence and group them in an appropriate size of box. Label this box as “first open” so that you can easily identify it.
