Arthritis in dogs is a disease that stops their mobility functions largely. Due to wear and tear of the bones and pain in bones, performing any kind of action becomes impossible; this stops a dog from performing various activities it likes to do like walking, jumping etc. This ailment can happen to any breed of dogs and it happens as the dog grows in age.

Arthritis in dogs can happen when these dogs grow in weight and age. The cartilage around his or her joints starts decomposing thus creating this problem. This increases the problems while walking. When you find that it is becoming difficult for your pet to walk or climb stairs then it is the very first signal to understand that it is time to take care of the bones of your dog to give him his freedom of movement. The very first thing you can do is, if your dog is overweight get his weight checked and reduce it by few pounds, then take him to a veteran and get him checked.

The doctor will give some medicine for its bone that are extremely important and doctor would also prescribe some medicines to improve the dogs’ immune system. If the problem can be identified beforehand then recuing it will be easier.
