The first step is to prepare complain and the second step is to issue summon of complain to the tenant.
Complain should always be filed by the landlord himself in case of broward county eviction. In such cases you need to submit a copy of the three day notice to court. If you have a lease copy you also need to submit that. Once complain is signed by the notary clerk, the summons are issued. After that, the tenant has to answer back within in 5 days. Once the tenant fail to answer the legal process the tenant is given 24 hours to leave the house which is subject to hearing in the court.
