Common symptom of skin cancer is a sore that will not heal, that of a lungs cancer may be chest pain, coughing up blood and shortness of breath. The signs of pancreatic carcinoma are dark urine, clay colored stool, fatigue and weakness..

Treatment of any cancer depends on the stage and affected organs. Cancer detected in early stage is likely to be cured while cancer in mature stage leaves minimal chance of survival. Common treatment of cancer is surgery. The cancer tissue and some amount of adjacent healthy tissue are removed by the surgery. If the cancer is diagnosed as critical, it may cause removal of all or part of an organ from the body. Radiation therapy and chemotherapy are also used to fight cancer. Sometimes combination of all three is used when the tumors are widespread in the body.
